Ballast Roof
The BALLAST ROOF system is a simple construction that shields the waterproofing membrane from UV rays, extreme temperature fluctuations, and physical damage, often extending its lifespan by 5–10 years.
A protection fleece is installed onto the waterproofing and drainage is provided via a Deckdrain 700S/NW8 drainage board.
